Spectrum of Solutions’ Basin’s Got Talent is a fundraising event for general operations funding for Spectrum of Solutions. Participants submit their video applications to the Basin’s Got Talent website. A panel of judges will narrow down applicants to 10 top performers. These top 10 acts will then perform at our Basin’s Got Talent live event, where an anticipated 1,500 attendees will vote for the top three performances. The three winners will each receive a cash prize.

The focus of Basin’s Got Talent is to showcase the diverse talent of the Permian Basin, provide an entertaining evening for attendees, and raise awareness for Spectrum of Solutions’ clients and their families. Our second annual event will be held at the Bush Convention Center, and will provide live entertainment for adults, dinner, drinks, unique event activities, plus live and silent auctions.

Audition Submissions

Is your talent the best in the Basin? We’re accepting auditions from seriously talented individuals to perform at our annual gala in Midland, Texas on April 6th! Finalists will compete on state at the Bush Convention Center in front of a live audience and the winner takes home $5,000 CASH! Hosted by Spectrum of Solutions, the local area’s provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, finalists will perform for our sponsors and clients, with all ticket sales and sponsorships directly supporting the clients we provide for. Auditions can be submitted online from December 15th 2023 – March 1st 2024. Submit today for your chance to perform on stage and potentially take home one of three cash prizes!

Rules for submission: $15 audition submission fee. Submissions accepted from any US Citizen. Travel to event not included if selected as a finalist. Video must be under 6 minutes long, no profanity or vulgar language accepted. No editing to video that could alter the judge’s assessment of talent.

Spectrum of Solutions, formerly known as MARC, has empowered individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Midland, Texas for over 60 years. With the support of this most generous community, Spectrum of Solutions has enabled thousands of clients to reach new personal bests and levels of independence daily.Since then, it has grown into an organization respected for its advocacy and delivery of a wide range of programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

From its longstanding residential services and day habilitation program for adults to its vocational options and recreational time activities, Spectrum of Solutions exists to give hope to the families and individuals we support.

In addition to its historical programs, Spectrum of Solutions also operates the Children’s Therapy Center to provide 1:1 and group therapies including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy), music therapy, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, diagnostics, and psychological services, parental support, and social skills groups to children with developmental disabilities, with a specialty in autism spectrum disorders.
